Yes it is fixable. Yes, most likely the whole tube needs replacing. Yes, comparable tubing can I'm sure be found. The challenge will be finding someone with the skills to do it and can get the right tubing. @danson67 has saved many a frame (he still has one of mine actually, almost forgot)...

If you are keeping the parts you removed to restore to original glory one day, why not m95x the gearing? It's much better than m900 in the shifting department. Looks darned nice on a ti frame too. Mine started out that way in its first incarnation, looked great with grey flite, onza ules in grey...
