21", poor cosmetic condition. A stuck seatpost was removed at some point in the past with a blowtorch and the frame has rusted where the paint was lost. Looks like it's purely surface rust. Part of the seatpost remains a way down inside the frame. Haven't tried to take off the BB yet. If that...
