    So one of my saddles has failed on both places where the rails attach to the curved rear plate . It is out of warranty, I am deciding whether to send it back for repair. Before I do this,I am thinking what's causing it to break. Any input please. It has not had hard use ,tension is good.

    I had also noticed the same issue . I am going to go with a genetic clubman chainset . It has A 110 bcd I will have to change the 50t outer ring to a 44 .There are plenty available. The inner is a 34 lso that works for me . The design is quite retro so another plus .

    One small concern is finding the right length bolts and spacers to create a double chainset. Plenty of options for 110 bcd chain rings.

    I take it that the middle and smallest rings are held in place by a locking ring. Unique to campagnolo? Also what's the spacing arrangement between the two ?

    Thank you all . I may of found one for one project I have going on . I am moving on a campagnolo gs chainset, at 52/42it is to big a gear for me now to pedal on a long ride. Also moving on a Williams double cottered c /s again it is over geared for me now . Looks lovely on the bike but...
