At least it still has the U brake, derailleurs and crankset. It's nice looking, but at that price? Considering I paid less for my '91 Avalanche nearly two months ago.. I got a good deal compared to this one.

Yes, it is very striking, I like that. Frame is quite big though. It shares some features GT have like the protruding joints on the seat and top tube and stem.

I still wear my long sleeved GT jersey (blue/yellow Team Scream colours) when I can, I have owned that since 1992/93 and I don't care what people think! I like wearing bright colours when out on the bike to be more visible to other road users.

With my three oldest GT's I found that the seatpost that came with the bikes were too small. 1992 GT Bravado now has 27.2mm seatpost, though initially had bought a 27.0 seatpost but was slipping and is now fitted to my 1992 Pantera. My 1991 GT Avalanche came with a 26.8 Deore DX seatpost...
