Re: I just got the same bike and the fork is a „spinner“ like on my 91 kona project 2 . i bet the allegro brand sold out and then formed kona? decal „canadian design,quality from the orient“ post yen shock bike, braze rod remnants under paint, heavy also. but cool and fun.

I am the lucky new rider of a 20“ CToC seattube ,22 1/4“ CtoC toptube vintage RMB. The 87 catalog states 20 1/2“CtoC? as the largest frame .yet the picture of the model looks gigantic (23“)at least. serial is A6A00264? any info on the decoding of that # also appreciated. i am lucky to catch it...

Hi Roy, had a nice ride on the (85?) RM discovery, its a tite frame .has a poppy bmx swing to it. I now look at the now familiar, lesser equipped models like this transpo and understand them (finally). ive climbed the ladder. thanks for the chance. craig
