I've got a set of these classic rims with bladed spokes and ceramic brake surface. Good bearings, true rims, visually a bit shabby, ceramic coating worn in places but it was breaking OK. Pics: Asking price £180, offers welcome.

That depends on the exact frame geometry used by a certain manufacturer. If they started off with regular proportions and just made the top tube more sloping, while keeping the rest of the frame the same, then the actual size will correspond to the c-t measurement. However, if they just added...
