I think that's a late XCR from 1995/6. Marzocchi made some coloured series. The damping knobs are the one which will be sued in the later DH3 also.

Let me add that quality in material and strength is very much over the casted original one, as it has been milled out of a 7075 T6 block and so we can add some more material and avoid that bottom hollow areas.

I liek the older one as that ones are more stable and you have more options. E.g. you can have a cable hanger if you stay with cantis or need to exchenge just one lower.
Or you want to go for fat tires up to 3" you can have a custom brace. 🤙
