Steel , never will I put Campagnolo on any of my road bikes projects, like all my other road bikes , it will get the Dura Ace 7800 treatment and nothing else.
I like US made Cannondales only, made in China or Taiwan Cannondales aren't of my interest and welds on them are ugly furthermore to that craftsmanship in the USA was far superior to the one in Asia.

contact your local campagnolo distributor. But campy spare parts in general are overexpensive and hard to find. Spare parts for Mavic and Zipp wheels are way easier to find
