Pearson Racing bike Reynolds 531. Shimano Dropouts. No Down tube Bosses. Wheel size 27x1 1/4. Serial number 4240. Do want to repair the bike and get it back on the road. Difficult to pin down year so be gratefull for advise 60s or 70s.

Thank you. Think you are right. The Lugs is spearpoint with a Heart in the middel. That makes it hard to find the make of the bike. The Cycle shop bought frames and then built a bike for the customer. Have to do Homework on this one.
