This is what my Killy looked like, but with Quadra10 forks.......... I stand corrected, '93 I believe.
fantastic bike, it's still a rocket through the singletrack, although it's got Judy DH forks on it now (silver crown)
To be fair, it was a few years back now, so my memory might be fading :? It was the grey and burgendy colour scheme with Quadra10 forks. (It's now red & white)
Having just looked it up on the web, I think mine was a '93.
wooHoo...... my Killy has just aged a year :D
Looks like an 18" frame. If it's a 1994, it's either been stripped and lacquered or resprayed grey, can't quite tell from the pic, either way, the decals aren't 1994. the £50 starting bid looks reasonable.
Spot on LGF. In reality it all depends on what sort of riding you do.
I smashed my head and helmet on a descent at the Malverns :) But I like to belt down descents when I'm not racing too, so I guess there's the same chance of coming off. I wouldn't dream of riding at Afan without a helmet...
Helmets and gloves are a must in my opinion. I've had way too many stacks not to.
I remember at the Malvern Classic in about 1993 stacking on a descent and smashing my helmet in two. I've had plenty of crashes since where not wearing a helmet would have left me with a sore head !

Not seen one for ages. Go ahead and wear it, nothing wrong with jewelery, well, unless the jewelery is gold hoop ear rings or chavy heavy gold necklaces !!
