One of my local loops today, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, 60k with 625m ascent shared among 4 hills. Just went out with the intention of having a pootle but was seduced by mood and attacked all the climbs with good results.
The answer/solutions is SEQUINS.
We all need to sew sequins onto all our clothing items and also glue them onto spokes and frames. Cant go wrong.
