Steel has a higher Rockwell than almost any titanium alloy does.
Steel is plus 50 and up, HC steel (decent knifes that have been tempered correctly) are in the 60/70 range.
Titanium is below 50, some are even below 40.

acetic acid is what you want. it's made in vinegar and it's what gives it it's smell and taste. cheaper stuff tends to have a higher concentration of it because it's been distilled quicker and watered down.
I've been watching them with interest as I'd like a clutched rear on the gravel 🤢bike. I think they are all one to one pull though so won't really work with Shimano road levers :(.
