Well yes I suppose they are! Although commiting such a heinous act of ridding your bike of its headshok probably carries its own karma somewhere along the line

Gone to @baldric 75 sorry mate, if youve accress to a lathe they're easy enough to make though. 1.56" OD, 1 1/8" ID with a 1/16th" Lip!
