My enthusiasm for this project is waning. I've got too many mountain bikes and mountain bike projects. I'd like to replace this with a L'Eroica vintage bike that I can use for winter training and my grand plan to ride L'Eroica in a few years. As such I'm wondering what this is worth. If anyone is interested in it the bike is on the West Coast of Canada at the moment.

I paid £125 for my frameset and wheels. Maybe £175-£200 given all the original parts?

I'm not sure it has a huge range of appeal though, so it might be a bit of a wait to find someone who's really after one and willing to pay that.

It's definitely 1982 btw.

Oh, that's interesting. If that's the case I got a very good deal on the bike. I'd probably have to put it on eBay to see that kind of return I would expect. I thought it was an 82, but there isn't a lot of info. on old Diamondbacks out there on the web. Thanks for the info.
