K2(Proflex) frame and fork(carbon content)

A vriend of mine has a K2 frameset that he wants to sell,but he wants to know how much it's worth. It is a red alloy main triangle and a carbon rear end. There is also a carbon Noleen fork to match it. Size is 20". I will get pics hopefully at the end of the week.

anyone any idea what this is worth?
