Hi All, had the urge to build a Fixie and so decided to do up my old 1975 road bike which was looking tatty and unused in the garage, as it was superseded by my Klein Q Pro !

Frame original Geoffrey Butler 531 vintage 1975
Resprayed in original colour + a bit more metallic by Colour Tech Dartford
Headset – original 1975 Galli alloy headset - one of the first roller bearings used on a bike headset
Stem – Nitto + Quill adaptor 1’’
Bars – Nitto (brake cable fitted internal) Bull bars
Brakes levers – Profile Quickstop 2
Front Brake – Campagnolo Delta
Handle Bar Tape – Sew on Elk skin leather tape from Velo Orange in USA
Seat post – Campagnolo C Record Aero Vintage
Saddle – Selle San Marco Concor Vintage
Seat Clamp Bolt – Campagnolo
Wheels Front – Vintage Campagnolo Record Large Flange / Stainless d/b spokes radial built / Mavic Pro 2 rims / Wheel smith – Richard @ Baker Street Bikes Brighton
Wheels Rear – Hope Pro 2 Gold Front 6 bolt disc Hub converted to rear hub 10mm axle by me ! / Stainless d/b spokes – 3 cross drive side / radial spoked non drive side / Mavic Pro 2 rims / Wheel smith – Richard @ Baker Street Bikes Brighton
Cog – 18t 6 bolt fixed cog from VeloSolo
Chain – Gold / Black 1/8th’’ IZUMI V Super Toughness Track Chain
Chainring – 46 T 1/8th’’ from VeloSolo
Chainset – Original 1975 Shimano Dura-Ace + Stronglight Bolts + single speed sealed BB
Pedals – Campagnolo Record
