Ron cooper page

I haven't ridden in 35 years and have just rebuilt a 20 year old GT MTB to get back on the saddle before it's too late hence joining this forum.

Thought I'd research my last bike that was built for me by Ron in his small workshop in Honor Oak a lifetime ago. Almost brings tears to my eyes.I wish I still had my Ron Cooper.

Not a great photo of the bike but it was a dream.

I don't know why this Raleigh Team Pro frame was painted like this when I bought it. (Frame number SB1988 which makes it 1977ish.)

Living under my mates work bench covered in dust :( .He used to race it in the Star Trophy events back in the early 70's,the cable routing was a later edition when it was refurbed. We think the serial number is 119 not 611 ?
