Seatpost for a Steel Muddy Fox ..maybe its 29.2 ? ..Help !

I have an old steel framed Muddy Fox Mega Seeker
The seat tube is around 30mm ... can anyone please confirm the correct post size ..
& does anyone have one ? Needs to be 300mm + longish too.
