Headset bearings for 2005 GT Avalanche

I'm looking for headset bearings to replace those in the Zero Stack system for 1 1/8" - that's according to the spec sheet as I don't know what I'm talking about! I've been trying to work it out but nothing seems to look like what I've got. Has anyone got any suggestions please? As you can see, they're shot!

Looks like you need a semi integrated headset i.e. one with a cup inserted into the frame that holds the bearings rather than fully integrated where bearings are dropped directly into the frame.

Plenty around, here's an eBay link to one. Worth checking the cup diameter to make sure it will fit your frame.

I wouldn't bother trying to fix the one you have.
