19" Univega Alpina Uno frame and forks plus Araya rims

Always wanted a Univega frame as I rode one as a kid. I got this a few years ago and has just sat in the loft since. In reasonable condition with a few marks on frame and just needs building by somebody who knows what they are doing!! The seatpost seems to be stuck and the casette and skewers are rusty. Ah, I'm after an Araya VP20 on Exage rear wheel, what are the chances?!

Would you consider sending just the rear wheel (no cassette to save weight) to Manchester, Wolverhampton (ideally), or I'll hopefully be at the FoD ride this Sunday and the Scottish and Peaks Nationals...
