Hi - I am posting here as I fear posting in the regular forum might be considered "fishing". Simply put - selling house requires a clearout of a number of old steel frames I have collected over the years. These range from a nice (but with a small ding) "Rourke-style" frame (no tube ID but definitely thinwall) to a no-name heavy-duty frame ripe for single-speeding. In between are frames mostly lugged Reynolds 531 and and all largish - 60/62 seat tube C-C. I also have a few complete bikes to dispose of, including an all-original Raleigh Carlton Corsair - just needs a good clean and bar tape, but I'll just never get around to it I suspect.
I'm not a commercial vendor in any sense but I am faced with disposing of a number (call it ten-ish) frames and bikes (similar #) ASAP. I'm really looking for advice on the best way to proceed with sales. I've listed one frame on RB with what I think is a reasonable asking price but please advise on the best method of disposal. I'm in the south of England and could travel to a jumble if that would be a good idea. Many thanks
(If this is an inappropriate place to ask please advise)
