25 mls, so ambling along and having a chat, pics, beer etc is about right. Could be faster if you want to blaze a trail....we are old men though :roll:

Remember not to eat to much at lunch other wise the return route will be very slow going.

Ah, I'm beginning to see the whole picture now...

I'm not bothered about going fast -- I'm just obsessed with getting back home in time for Sunday dinner!

dunno about always a slowish one. I did the majority of that loop and rode there and back on road last sunday and did it in two and a quarter hrs.
