Paint looks to have a fade to me so probably a 94 m600
I do not see any fade. 1994 M600 was with threadless headset, fade (purple-blue or teal-green) paintjob and with normal bb height. More like a 1993/2 M800 with raised bb. No model decals, so probably sold as a frame/set, or a replacement frame. The replacements/separate frames ussually came in non-catalogue plain color schemes, instead of fades. Could also be 1994 M800 frame, as it came in "wild orchid metallic", which is some kind of purple, but specced with older components and threaded headset (transferred from older destroyed frame).

Probably is a replacement frameset, colour looks too off for it to be a 92/3/4 m800 for me. Pictures look like headtube is darker compared to rear end to me
