Height is not a great indicator due to varying degrees of proportion, a better indication is its 73.5cm from centre of BB to top of saddle along seat tube line as seen in the pic.

Perthus Pro was an 88 model year but quite possible frame was from the identical 87 run too as other than graphics..frame was the same.
