Fitting formula caliper to Manitou , any ideas??

By jove I think we have it.

Mates bike has Manitou SX LT forks c1999 & had formula brakes with 185mm front disc & 140mm rear disc. Front & rear calipers are exactly the same (unlike XTR m965), the IS rear mount with no adaptor is for 140mm disc, the front had a post mount adaptor (silver one in photo) for 185mm disc.

Odly enough I have the red adaptor that I bought for my XTR's but it wouldn't fit, does seem to fit the formula brakes though I'll pm you as I don't want any of this stuff.

Forumula brakes have their own standard which is far away from IS or PM.

My Corratec have those. Check my thread for a pic. of the mount.

Better you sell the Formula and opt for something suitable (you will find a buyer, for sure)
