Formula Oro Brake or Matching F+R Brakeset

Hello

My work colleague has asked me to sort his brakes out on his hack bike. Currently he's got some white Formula Oro K18's, of which the brake lever is knackered (broken lever pivot). Ideally I just need a replacement lever, however if anyone has got a complete front & rear brakeset, then I might just replace the whole lot. What have you got?
