Frame and forks - about 16/17" - condition irrelevant!!

I have an old Diamond Back Horizon, TT 23" ST 20", thats too big for me as I need something smaller, I'm 5'8", and plan to swap all the parts over. Do you have an old frame, condition not important, for a wannabe retro rider? Or a straight swap for a complete bike? Charlie
