Help to I.D. my TI frame

i got my hands on a lovely titanium frame, but I'm unsure of the brand the seller says its from 1997 or 1998

it looks like nice quality (weldings etc.) but i have no idear of the brand

i hope you can help me out here..

Don't kona ti frames have different cable routing? The underside of the downtube iirc.

Got a feeling it could be a KHS frame, but fully prepared to be shot down in flames
