If you, yes, YOU, had a complete DX groupset - what frame?

A lesser spotted Klein Rascal or Pinnacle. Failing that Deore DX to me brings up images of a Diamond Back Apex or an Alpinestars Cro Mega/Al Mega e-stay.

Re:

I used to love DX (+ Deore) but every build I've done, am doing or have tried to do in the last year or so have featured the groupset due to me having loads of decent condition kit in stock so I'm bored to tears by it and refuse to use it again anytime soon.

Saying that, the 1989 Clockwork (Deore) and 2007 Clockwork (DX) are nearly finished so for me, it's them.

Re:

While I'm on one, DX really is the cockroach of the groupset world. It was only produced for a few years, from memory it was not spec'ed on any more bikes then LX or XT (barring thumbies) but it is everywhere, it will not die!!

I guess the cheaper stuff didn't last, where as XT and XTR were not spec'ed as much. :| :?
