is a 1990ish Kestrel 200 considered retro enough here ?

I am just going to touch up spray the repaired sections with colour matched red acrylic paint , I was unsure about the black fork but it looks ok with the black wheels IMO

what cranks would folks on here fit to a Kestrel 200 ? I always had Dura ace 7410s and now have some Mavic Starfish 631/2s too

Re: Crank it up baby!

If you're running Shimano I suppose the Dura-ace, which is totally classic and very very elegant, but the starfish very rare and unusual, and lovely to look at,even more so if you hand cutout and file an open spider on her as Mr Boardman did on his team issue Gan machine back in the day,bet that swarf went down well on the kitchen table when Sally was pouring milk on the kids RiceKrispies{TM},nbe different go french and hire the crane to lift it onto the bottom bracket spindles

I now have some 8s gripshifters , brew Ti brake calipers and profile design brake levers , I was considering all dura ace at one time .

my crank quandry has become worse after some american Toplines have become available to buy
