Hi, the frame looks to me, in particular because of the rear trangle, like a Verlicchi Hardtail.
E.g. some Sintesi or Rudy Project bikes had same.

Can you please check the dropouts? Typically there is a Verlicchi stamp.

Yeah, quite obviously a Verlicchi. That mean the identical frame was sold from a several of brands just with different decals.
