Ciocc, pronounced church were an Italian frame builder. Nice frames.

Shops would buy them and stick their own decals on them, Reg who built for Roy Thame used to make copies of Colnagos, even down to the cloverleaf lug cutouts.

I think your Thame was built outside if his shop and painted / decalled with his name
