Spd-r shoe plates

Anyone know where I can get a set of spd-r shoe plates? I have three sets of cleats and two sets of pedals, my shoes are spd-sl, spd and spd-r compatible, but only have the internal fixings for spd-sl

Are the shoes soles plastic , carbon powder filled plastic or "Woven" carbon fibres ? you may be able to drill the holes yourself (using cleats as the template) and gently hammer in those threaded inserts that "grip "plastic , you would have to remove those points for woven soles and you would not need any height adding plates

Soles are plastic, and already have all the various holes in. I know shimano do adapter kits, to allow spd-r cleats to be fitted on spd-sl shoes. Was hoping to just get the shoe plates that fit inside your shoe.
