wanted: 19" Yo eddy frame 1 1/8th. Just broke mine

Just broke my trusty steed last week :-( heard occasional cracking sounds at start of long days ride and just past it off as cranks. Found this at end of the day. Was a good hard days technical riding that killed it and much fun was had so it went out with a smile.

I love the colour of this bike...

I would like another 19". I sold a brand new spare frameset end of 09 but that was 1".

Kicking about now on the '90 yo...

see other wanted ad I have posted - the rigid forks are a touch harsh (I've become soft). Nice though..maybe I'll get used to them... nah.

I'm in NZ but have a friend coming over in 2 weeks from Blighty.

Unlucky Could a decent frame builder replace the tube?

Yeah. Some others have suggested that- I would have to find a local builder who has decent tubes- maybe something beefier?

I'll do a post in general techy section and ask there- keeping this thread simple.

You could get good money if you sell the front fork of the yo and that could fund your frame repair non?

Wow- that Yo is looking great. The decals- are they clear on the 'fat' bit or yellow? Where did you get them? I have seen a thread or mention before about fat chance decals but cant remember it.

I will need some if I go down the route of fixing mine.

Yellow mate, and got them from a guy on here called Gil_m he can sort you out.
