What year is my Xizang made?

Hi guys…I have Xizang but I cant seem to find out the year it was manufactured..its serial number is G16154…does anyone know when it was manufactured and how the decals are originally like? Thanks

It's from before V-brakes were common place

Pretty sure it will be 1994. This is the thread you want for information:

and going by the fact the last three digits are the sequence for that size, 1994 would be a fairly safe guess, since G16158 is recorded as 1994:

Wow! Thats alot of really useful info. Ok based on facts im guessing its a 1994 model. I managed to contact Retrodecals for the 1994 decals. Can I check with you guys if this is the correct decals in terms of the designs required and color? If it isn’t so, does anyone knows of any better place to make one and what is the correct design/color? Thanks in advance!!!
