Re:
Indoors now,
BTW, the rim is rideable, sort of, but I wouldn't want to race on it
Firstly, when was the last time we had a ' nations majority decision like this' ? I may be old, and suffering memory loss, but I can't remember. Not a decisive one either, 48% - 52%.
Secondly, we buy more from the EU than sell to it. With inevitable tarrifs, whoever is in charge of negotiations, companies will probably have a worse deal. We shall see. Maybe not. Time will tell.
Boris, one of the main protagonists in persuading people to vote leave, has left the building. He could have still stood, maybe voted out, but shown commitment to the cause. But he didn't.
And Farage, another other main one - albeit not in a Conservative government - could have played some bit part in negotiations were he given a bone to chew. But he chose to resign from his party.
However, he will of course continue to take his wage from the EU, and with it the expenses that he doesn't have to account for, until we do leave, so at least two years.
Incidentally, an early pledge of UKIP, was to not take money from the EU, as they're an organization they don't believe in. The irony!
Still, he is consistent. Consistently hypocritical.
IMO, May is the only choice. That is all it is, my opinion. We are all entitled to them Carl.
Have you got a spare rim, BTW?
