Given the shit options available and the popularity of Trump in America I think I might just give it a try myself

And as for B.J. it would seem his master plan to rule England is coming together nicely

Very true! Now he smells victory in terms of the Tory leadership, he has toned down his rhetoric and made sure he does not appear to gloat about the EU result.

I don't hate the guy, and he will be interesting to watch at least. Like Farage.

The great thing about being the first to have the balls to leave the EU is that we really don't have to follow the rules they made for such a situation. We made our own decision, and we can negotiate the exact manner of our leaving.

What can they do about it?

Brilliant, just brilliant. You really do believe we're some big world player don't you? You believe that those we've just told to F off will still dance to our tune when they hold all the cards?

Trust me, the decision will be taken out of our hands and we'll have to stand by and take it. All a good laugh though eh?

We still rank top 6 in the world economies, and 4 or 5 in the world militarily.

Just who are the world 'players' if we are not?

In what way do the rest of the EU hold all the cards? Quite confusing. The vast majority of them are relatively piss poor and don't figure anywhere in terms of world influence. Only by ganging together with the playground bully do they pose any threat, and we know what Great Britain does with the playground bully, don't we?

They don't like it up 'em!

I am never really that serious on a bike forum talking about off topic subjects. There are much more important things going on in everyone's lives.

There are serious political forums for the serious stuff.

At the end of the day, if I offend anyone I hope they realise I did it with Marigolds on.

Innit. We should get onboard with France and if the rest don't like it nuke the fucks.

We'll see who's got influence then. :)

In reality once the dust has settled it'll be resolved so everyone involved gets to look like they won. They tried their usual with the last negotiation, sent Cameron back with nowt expecting us to remain regardless. We've called their bluff, so they're in panic/revenge mode now. It'll pass.

The flip side is although they've lost the UK to play with, they now have Sturgeon to run EU rings round. She'll be like a performing seal hungry for a titbit.

A remainer? Can't see it myself.

Although a woman wouldn't be the worst choice electorally imo. An Asian female Tory would be a winner. Where's Priti?

Ordinarily I'd agree on your remainer point but she wasn't a vocal / active campaigner. Osborne is shredded by his association with Cameron and I don't think the party members would vote for BJ as he's not statesman like enough for them and he is a bit too devisive after the campaign with the general public. The latter the same for Gove (plus teachers don't like him).

With good reason.

Anyone who thinks Cameron is detached from reality is in for a real eye opener when they start dealing with Gove.

How about Nadiya Hussain?

She is beautiful, smart, extremely popular and has the tools to deal with the complaints of austerity. Let them eat cake!
