Ordinarily I'd agree on your remainer point but she wasn't a vocal / active campaigner. Osborne is shredded by his association with Cameron and I don't think the party members would vote for BJ as he's not statesman like enough for them and he is a bit too devisive after the campaign with the general public. The latter the same for Gove (plus teachers don't like him).
I'd not be happy with her. If she wanted out have the balls to say it, don't go remain to keep things sweet but keep quiet. She's a female Corbyn.

Osborne has utterly blown any chance he ever had.

I think we'll see Boris take a different tone. He polls consistently well with the membership and his persona allows him to reach places other Tories can't imo. He won London twice remember.

I've always liked David Davis though if he fancied another go.

Given the time frame and the poison that will need drawn out, I reckon Boris is the only real option. I like the idea, imagine a Trump/Boris hair-off?

It'll send the lefties utterly mental so it sounds fine to me. :)

Re:

It will prolly be Boris and Co and he's a bright inclusive type of candidate. I can see endless negative media targeting because of his blond hair, Trump etc. As always looking the part is, alas, half the job. He needs to loose a few stone and loose the nutty Prof look IMO.

I like Priti Patel ( she could be a great unifier in these volatile times ) and Andrea Leadsom. I was also a David Davis fan. Someone with a less privileged background would be my preference. Getting tired of these Oxbridge Elite with an insufferable air of entitlement on both sides.

I'd prefer Gove out of the five. I think we'll get May.

Which would probably be a good thing for voters, another female leader. The Tories taking diversity to Labour, again.

Re:

I think May would be best personally

Give didn't want it until today! He just didn't want Boris to get it, Imo.

Who can blame him for that?

Re:

I am not sure about May. I reckon their could well be a couple of nuts swinging under her skirt.

At least Gove is Scots; that really will stick it to the racists.

Re:

You want to know what Gove is like, speak to a teacher, any teacher, England, Scotland, Wales it doesn't matter, just ask them what they think of him...... and stand back, cos you just seriously lit the blue touch paper.
