Hey, why don't you jump on a train to Thirsk on the 19th for our next outing? I will pick you up at the station with a spare bike. I can't guarantee the weather will be as nice as last time, but the route is a cracker!

No wonder you guys love retro bikes so much, with trails like that... be perfect fore hardtails and rigids!

The sort of trails I liek to ride, not all mega technical, just fun.

Not that I hate DH or FS, but these days, people would look at that stuff and say "why would I ride that, it'd be no fun on my 9in trail bike"...

The dinner size plate bruise from landing on the rocks has just gone in the last 2 days. Blimey that hurt (chipped the paint too!).

Thats the spirit. That's what this thread is for- to show those lost souls who have yet to get on a Retrobike Organized Ride, be it a local gathering or a National Series Round, just what they are missing out on.

The NE&Yorkshire Area Group is blessed with some of the most amazing countryside and trails in the UK- The NY Moors, Yorkshire Dales, Cleveland Hills, North Pennines, top part of the Peak District, The Howgills, The Cheviots, Kielder, Dalby, Hamsterley... The list goes on.
If anyone would like to come along on any of our rides you will be made more than welcome and I can guarantee you will have a fantastic day out.
