You certainly had the weather there :)

I did stay dry and sunny but there was a very strong wind that cut to the bone. It wasn't a day for hanging around.

i think a ride like this would make a perfect first outing for the rc100 when its fully restored. keep me posted on rides like this, as long as your not against modern bikes also.

Thats the spirit. That's what this thread is for- to show those lost souls who have yet to get on a Retrobike Organized Ride, be it a local gathering or a National Series Round, just what they are missing out on.

The NE&Yorkshire Area Group is blessed with some of the most amazing countryside and trails in the UK- The NY Moors, Yorkshire Dales, Cleveland Hills, North Pennines, top part of the Peak District, The Howgills, The Cheviots, Kielder, Dalby, Hamsterley... The list goes on.
If anyone would like to come along on any of our rides you will be made more than welcome and I can guarantee you will have a fantastic day out.

Cheers
Si

true 8) and there is scope for more within other sections of the region that will add even more to the north east/yorks fun days. we are working hard to provide retrobikers with organised rides with plenty to see and appreciate.
